FAIRFAX, Va. – The La Salle baseball team scored three runs in the 7th inning and used three innings of scoreless relief to earn a 5-4 win over George Mason at Spuhler Field on Saturday afternoon.

With La Salle trailing 4-2 in the 7th, Joey Ravert was hit by a pitch with the bases loaded to force in a run before Connor Hinchliffe laced a two-run single to left put La Salle in front for the first time in the game.  Ben Faso had a two-run single with two outs in the 6th to make it a two-run game after the Explorers fell behind 4-0 early.
