PHILADELPHIA- The La Salle volleyball team opens conference play this weekend when they travel to New York to face Atlantic 10 rival Fordham. The Explorers will face the Rams at 7:00 PM on Friday. La Salle will then play at Rhode Island on Saturday at 7:00 PM to wrap up the first A-10 weekend.

Scouting the Explorers…

- La Salle is 8-8 on the season and open conference play this weekend.
- Jensen Sharrits leads the Atlantic 10 in digs. She averages 5.44 digs per set. Sharrits posted a season high 29 digs against Temple last weekend.
- Ashley Felton is second in the Atlantic10 in hitting percentage, with a .418 average.
- Devin Corah ranks tenth in the Atlantic10 in kills, averaging 3.18 kills per set. Corah is second in the A-10 in service aces, with an average of .45 aces per set.
- Katheryn Wood posted 56 kills in a match against Saint Francis earlier this season. Wood is ranked sixth in the Atlantic 10 with an average of 9.43 assists per set.
