Deland, Fl.- Anna Gordon scored a career-high three goals against Campbell, but La Salle was still edged 14-13 by the Camels on Friday, March 10. With the Camel's defeat over La Salle in the two teams' first-ever meeting, the Explorers have fallen to 2-3 on the season

Toni Massetti and Allee Ilgenfritz both netted four goals apiece in the game against Campbell to wrap up the two-game road trip. Ashley Blanton and Nicole Black also added a goal each in the La Salle effort.

Katie Wherley led the team with two of La Salle's eight total caused turnovers.

Lynne Frankel picked up a team high five ground balls, while Ilgenfritz scooped up two to rank second on the day. Blanton, Isabel Caddick and Courtney Woolford won two draws each for La Salle. 

Frankel added nine saves in her sixty minutes in goal.

La Salle will return home for a meeting with Central Connecticut on Friday, March 17. Draw is slated for 7:00 PM at McCarthy Stadium.
