PHILADELPHIA - The Explorers were set to begin their 2017 home schedule on Tuesday with a game against Villanova. However, due to heavy snow in the forecast, the game has been canceled.

The Philadelphia area is expecting substantial snowfall that could potentially reach double digit inches of accumulation.

At this time, a make up date has not been announced.

Instead, the Explorers are currently set to host Towson on Friday at 3:00 PM for their home opener.
