PHILADELPHIA- The La Salle field hockey team will travel to Bethlehem, Pa. to take on Lehigh in the team's first away game of the season. The Explorers will face the Mountainhawks fresh off a win against LIU Brooklyn at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 1.

Scouting the Explorers…
- The Explorers split opening weekend at Hank DeVincent 1-1, posting a win 1-0 win over LIU Brooklyn.
- In the season opener loss against Appalachian State, rookie

- The Explorers captured the last meeting between the two teams a season ago in a 2-1 final.
- Lehigh is coming off a 4-0 loss at the hands of Ohio State in Bethlehem.
- In their home opener, Lehigh topped La Salle's latest defeat LIU Brooklyn in a 1-0 contest as well.
- Lenke Havas scored the only goal against the Blackbirds in the win, from a pass from Maddie Leavitt in a penalty corner.Â
