PHILADELPHIA - The La Salle University men's water polo team continues a three-match homestand on Saturday afternoon as it hosts Fordham at Kirk Pool. The match is scheduled to begin at 2:00 p.m.
ABOUT THE EXPLORERS
- La Salle suffered a pair of losses to conference foes last weekend, dropping a 22-9 decision at Bucknell before returning home to battle Wagner at Kirk Pool.
- Against the Seahawks, the Explorers struggled offensively and fell by a score of 24-5.
- Sophomore Daniel Domotor has scored a team-high 33 goals for La Salle this season, while classmate Cole Strohson ranks second on the squad with 31.
- Strohson also paces the squad with 37 steals and 15 blocks.
SCOUTING FORDHAM
- The Rams enter Saturday's matchup with a 6-12 record and are 0-4 in league play.
- Most recently, the team took a trip to California and went 1-3 at the Gary Troyer Tournament.
- Two of those losses came by one goal, including a 10-9 overtime decision to #14 California Baptist.
