PHILADELPHIA –Men's water polo continues conference play this weekend as it travels to Wagner on Saturday and then returns home for two games on Sunday. The Explorers will host George Washington at 11 a.m. and then, for Senior Day, they'll play Johns Hopkins at 4 p.m.
ABOUT THE EXPLORERS
- La Salle picked up a pair of wins last weekend, outscoring Mercyhurst and Washington & Jefferson by a combined score of 24-13.
- Domotor dominating: Junior Daniel Domotor leads the Explorers in goals (22) and assists (18) for a total point total of 40. That's 14 more points than the next closest Explorer, junior Cole Strohson, on 26. La Salle's number seven also paces the team in steals with 27.
- Strohson is second in steals (16) and exclusions earned (21), while third in goals (17) and blocks (seven) this season. He's coming off a giant weekend where he scored six goals in one game and, overall, tallied 10 goals and 10 exclusions earned.
- Defensively, junior Ash Lyne is the team's leader in blocks (nine), followed by senior Luke Waechter on eight. Waechter also paces the Explorers in exclusion earned with 26.
- Sophomore Tyler Williams has proved incredibly consistent in front of net. Not only is he second on the team in goals with 18, he has only failed to score once all season—in the opener against UCLA.
- Freshman watch: rookie Callin Chimilar tops his class in goals (11), steals (seven) and blocks (three), while he's tied for the freshman lead in assists with Chris Scoboria, both of whom are on four. Derek Allen has the most exclusions earned with 10.
- In net, junior Cameron Schiable leads the team in saves with 67, also contributing nine steals and three assists.
SCOUTING THE SEAHAWKS
- Wagner has struggled this season, only picking up one win in 11 games and going 0-3 in conference play.
- The Seahawks are led by interim head coach Ciaran Wolohan after longtime coach Chris Radmonovich's departure. Wolohan graduated from Wagner in 2018 after playing two years for the team and assisting under Radmonovich for one season.
- Senior Matthew Miller paces the team in goals this season 24 and is tied for the lead in points with 30. Classmate Lachlan Trabinger is the other Seahawk on 30 points with eight goals and 22 assists.

SCOUTING THE COLONIALS
- George Washington enter this weekend #19 in the country but suffered two of its three losses of the season last weekend and consequently fell five spots in the national rankings. The Colonials sit at 9-3 this campaign and have yet to play a conference game.
- George Washington has two 30+ goal scorers: junior Andras Levai with 45 strikes and 18 assists, along with senior Andrew Mavis on 31 goals and two assists.
- The Colonials only have one goalkeeper on the roster, graduate student Matt Taylor from Auckland, New Zealand. Taylor has 141 saves this season and a .553 save percentage, along with nine steals and seven assists.

SCOUTING THE BLUE JAYS
- Johns Hopkins is 3-8 overall, 0-1 in conference play and 0-2 on the road. The team is coming off of a 1-3 weekend at the Bucknell Invitational, with all three of its losses were against nationally ranked sides.
- The Blue Jays have a 30-goalscorer of their own in sophomore Jayden Kunwar. The number 15 has stuck for 30 goals exactly and also dished out seven assists, second on the team in points behind senior Finn Banks on 40 (19 goals, 21 assists).
- Johns Hopkins also only has one goalkeeper, relying on junior Max Fleming. He has so far posted 59 saves, a .253 save percentage and a 15-82 goals against average.
