Sara Rizzetto broke her own school record on Friday night, timing at 2:00.25 in the 200-yard individual medley to lead La Salle in day one of the Bucknell Invite.
On the team leader board, the women finished the day in sixth place with 187.50 points while the men ranked seventh with 150.50.
HOW THEY FINISHED:
- Rizzetto's performance was good for second in the 200-yard IM, finishing just behind Rider's Ainhoa Martin for the top spot.
- Phoebe Shaya notched a second-place finish herself in the three-meter dive, finishing with 277.50 points.
- In the men's one-meter, Steven Stasolla placed second at 300.10 while teammate Sam Henninger came in third at 300.10.
- The Explorers' team of Anne Moser, Brynn Peterson, Ava Carter, and Raven Domingo placed 11th in the women's 200-yard freestyle relay.
- Moser also ranked 13th individually in the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 5:01.24.
- In the 50-yard freestyle, Toni Rafferty's time of 23.70 was good for sixth in the field.
