PHILADELPHIA - The La Salle University women's rowing team will travel to the Charles River in Massachusetts for the top collegiate fall head race in the country and the largest three-day regatta in the world. A total of 72 races will take place, ranging from high school students to grand veteran athletes (80+).
Established in 1965, the Head of the Charles has over 11,000 athletes compete yearly in the event, including Olympic teams, world champions, and collegiate champions.
A live stream of the event will be available for free via the link above. The Explorers will go off at 12:43 p.m. and will be the 37th team to begin racing (out of 52).
