Men's Swimming and Diving | November 20, 2022
Lewisburg, Pa. – La Salle swimming and diving finished the second day of competition at the Bucknell Invitational yesterday. The women currently sit in sixth place (597 points) after the conclusion of the 27
th event and the men are in seventh place (402 points).
Swimming Update:
- Another La Salle program record was broken in the women's 200-yard medley relay as Emma van Selm, Rosalia Marin Martinez, Gabriela Herbreder, and Tori Fenn swam a 1:42.82 time.
- Zack Wolbert finished third in the men's 100-yard butterfly with a time of 48.49.
- George Williamson took fifth place in the men's 200-yard freestyle at a pace of 140.99.
- In the women's 100-yard breaststroke, Gabriela Herbreder finished fifth with a 102.95 time.
- Rosalia Marin Martinez got fifth place in the women's 100-yard backstroke swimminga 56.21.
- Toni Rafferty, Letizia Baldessari, Emma van Selm, and Gabriela Herbreder finished third in the women's 800-yard freestyle at a time of 7:28.77
- In the men's 800-yard freestyle, George Williamson, Zack Wolbert ,Felix Jedbratt, and Zack Miller finished fourth with a 6:44.09 final time.
Diving Update:
- In the men's one-meter dive, Sam Henninger took second place scoring a 271.80.
- Carter Randall got fourth place in the one-meter and had a score of 252.05
