BOSTON, Mass. – Four members of the La Salle men's and women's track and field teams made the trip to the IC4A/ECAC Championships over the weekend highlighted by a record-breaking performance from Christine Mancini.
 
HOW THEY FINISHED (MEN):

• James Ptack finished in the top 10 in the 3,000-meter. He clocked in at 8:09.56 to take ninth in the 49-person field.
• MacCallum Rowe placed top 25 in the same race. He crossed the line in 8:20.53 for 25^th place.

HOW THEY FINISHED (WOMEN):

• Mancini's preliminary time of 2:08.87 in the 800m topped her previous program-record time of 2:09.47, set earlier this season. She then turned around and lowered the time by another second in the finals, 2:07.43, to set a new school mark.
• Jenna Webb placed 15^th in the preliminaries of the 1,000m run with a time of 2:57.25.

• The NCAA Division I Indoor Track and Field Championships are set to take place this upcoming weekend on Friday, Mar. 11 and Saturday, Mar. 12 in Birmingham, Alabama.
