PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – La Salle swimming and diving head coach Kerry Smith has announced the addition of Patrick Boyle to the staff as assistant coach.
 
"We are excited for Patrick to join our coaching staff. He brings a passion and knowledge for swimming that will benefit our student-athletes," said Smith. "We look forward to continuing to see the growth of our program with Patrick on board."
 
Boyle comes to 20^th & Olney following a year at Towson where he served as the assistant to head coach Tony Bruno. In addition to his work at Towson, Boyle also worked with Loyola Blakefield Aquatics as an age group coach.
 
A native of Merrick New York, Boyle attended and swam at Fairfield University where he served as team captain in his final two seasons with the Stags. Boyle graduated from Fairfield in 2021 and went on to obtain his MBA from the university.
 
"I am very excited to be coming to La Salle. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to work with coach Smith and our whole staff," said Boyle. "In our conversations I have been sold on her vision for where the program is headed and her passion for swimming. I am excited to be a part of this program moving into the future."
