CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa.- The La Salle field hockey team is set to host the Fairfield Stags at The Proving Grounds Friday at 11 a.m. The Explorers comes into this game riding a three-game winning streak.

SCOUTING THE EXPLORERS:
- The Explorers are coming off a 3-0 win over Rider last Sunday to earn their second straight home victory.
- Sol Espona started off the scoring in the seventh minute with her second goal of the season against the Broncs. She had scored in back-to-back games.
- Sophia Wasyliw continued with one of her own in the 14th minute for her first of the season.
- Clara Larripa netted her third goal of the season in the 38th minute to put La Salle up by three.
- Tatum Johnson pressured the Broncs throughout taking four shots total, getting one on goal.
- The La Salle defense held strong, holding the Broncs to only three shots on goal the entire game.
SCOUTING THE STAGS:
- Fairfield enters this match having won its last contest against Bryant by a 5-0 count.
- The Stags are 2-1 this season after winning their season-opener against Hofstra but falling to No. 7 Iowa.
- Carmel Van Dijk recorded two assists in the match against Bryant.
- Fairfield's attack was constant, getting 13 shots on goal while holding the Bulldogs to just one.
