CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa. – La Salle field hockey will welcome two teams in this weekend starting off on Friday with a meeting with win-less Mercyhurst at 3:00 PM. On Sunday, the Explorers will welcome the Davidson Wildcats for a conference bout at 12:00 PM.

SCOUTING THE EXPLORERS:
- La Salle enters the weekend with a 7-7 record after dropping an early-week contest to Cornell 1-0 in a game where the offense had a hard time finding its footing.
- Abby Boggs had a career-game in goal for the Explorers, however. She finished the contest with a career-high 13 saves on the day.
- Sofia Pla and Matilda Diedrichsen each have 13 shots on goal for the Explorers, which is the top on the team.
- Pla and Zhao Rodrigo each have three goals this season for La Salle, leading the group in this category.
SCOUTING THE LAKERS:
- Mercyhurst comes into the contest tomorrow without a win under their belt this year.
- As a team they have been outscored this season 53-5, only scoring two goals once this season.
- Rachel Kosowski has totaled two goals this season for the Lakers, leading the team in this category.
- Kayla Desormeau has seen every minute in goal this season, and enters tomorrow with a .709 save percentage.
SCOUTING THE WILDCATS:
- A-10 member Davidson will enter Sunday with a 5-6 overall record, and a 1-3 conference record.
- Most recently the Wildcats took down Saint Louis in a 3-2 win on the road in Missouri.
- Abby Pompeo is the top goal-getter for the Wildcats this season as she enters with four goals this season.
- Sib Naaktgeboren comes into Sunday with the most points for Davidson (10), having scored three goals and assisted on four.
- MaryKate Berg has seen the most time in goal for Davidson this season, and enters Sunday with a .457 save percentage.
