Men’s Varsity 8+ Takes First Place at the Head of the Charles Regatta

CAMBRIDGE, Mass.– La Salle men's rowing had a successful weekend competing at the Head of the Charles Regatta in Cambridge, Mass. The Varsity 8+ boat secured the first-place finish, while the 4+ boat secured fourth for a medal.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

The Varsity 8+ paced their race and finished the event with a first-place finish in 14:33.56.
The men's 4+ secured fourth place in their event, good enough for a medal due to the 40 boats that competed. Their time rounded out at 16:50.79.
The men's club 4 boat competed on Saturday and finished within the top-ten at seventh place. Their time was 17:00.05.
