NEW YORK - The La Salle track & field teams are back in action for a two-day meet in New York this weekend, hosted by Rutgers at The Armory.

Action begins at 10:00 a.m. on Friday and runs through Saturday evening.

On the women's side, nine individuals are entered to compete including Gwenno Goode and Neve Moulai in the mile run and Stella Hammond, Casey Mclees and Ella Verello in the 5,000 meters.

Also scheduled to take part in the competition are Viola Clay and Linise Greene in the 400-meter run, Amelia Artz in the 1,000 meters, and Kasi Brown in the long jump.

Three men are expected to run throughout the weekend - Fin Birnie (1 mile), Malthe Bogebjerg (5,000) and Nathan Paolangeli (5,000).
