ATHENS, Ga. – The La Salle dive teams begin the second half of their 2024-25 seasons with a trip down south, competing in the Georgia Diving Invitational. The three-day meet starts Friday morning at 11:30 a.m.
The invitational will be streamed simultaneously on SEC Network+ and ESPN+.

SCOUTING THE EXPLORERS
- The women's team last competed in a tri-meet against URI and UMass on Dec. 7, winning against both opponents.
- In the one-meter diving event, Kelsie Waddington won with a score of 284.4.
- Tiffany Brawn and Waddington placed fifth and sixth in the three-meter event in the meet, with scores of 260.7 and 250.65, respectively.
- For the men, the diving team last competed against UMass on Dec. 7. The team's last meet that was scored was against Villanova on Nov. 8.
- The men's team had 21 points to Villanova's 17.
- Lucas Dekaney won the one-meter diving event, while Carter Randall was third in the one-meter diving event.
SCOUTING THE BULLDOGS
- The Bulldogs men's and women's dive teams last competed on Dec. 18 against Texas. In the meet, the women lost by a score of 190-104, while the women lost by a score of 224-74.
- The women's team holds a record of 3-3 this season, while the men's record for the season so far is 2-3.
- The head coach of the Bulldogs for the women's team is Stefanie Williams Moreno. The men's diving head coach is Neil Versfield.
