Julius de Vries was named to the Philadelphia Soccer Six Top XI team for the 2025 season, the association announced Wednesday afternoon. The Top XI team is selected by the Philly Soccer Six's schools' men's soccer head coaches.
The freshman was a force for the Explorers in the 2025 season, tallying four goals and nine overall points in his debut season for La Salle, both team highs. de Vries scored three of his four goals in the 84th minute or later, with each of his goals earning a result for the team (two ties and a win). de Vries earned Atlantic 10 All-Rookie honors for his performance this season, and the Amsterdam, Netherlands native achieved Philly Soccer Six Rookie of the Week honors twice (weeks of 9/29-10/5 and 10/20-10/26).
