Philadelphia, PA – La Salle men's soccer head coach Taylor Thames announced the team's 2026 schedule on Thursday morning.
"Our schedule reflects who we are," Thames commented. "We embrace the history and passion of Philadelphia soccer by competing against outstanding local opponents while seeking challenges from programs across multiple conferences."
The Explorers will open preseason play with three exhibition contests, traveling to Jersey City, N.J., to face Saint Peter's on Aug. 8 before hosting Mount St. Mary's at McCarthy Stadium on Aug. 11 and closing out the exhibition slate at Navy on Aug. 15.
La Salle opens the regular season on the road at Lehigh (Aug. 21) before returning home for back-to-back dates against FDU (Aug. 24) and Keystone (Aug. 29). Non-conference play continues into September with road trips to Lafayette (Sept. 1) and Monmouth (Sept. 6), a home game against Rider (Sept. 12), and a road matchup at Drexel (Sept. 15).
Atlantic 10 play begins Sept. 19 with a road contest at George Washington, followed by the conference home opener against Dayton on Sept. 26.
October brings a heavy home stretch, with the Explorers hosting Saint Joseph's (Oct. 7), Saint Louis (Oct. 10), NJIT (Oct. 13), George Mason (Oct. 21) and Duquesne (Oct. 31) at McCarthy Stadium, sandwiched around road trips to Delaware (Oct. 3), Rhode Island (Oct. 17) and St. Bonaventure (Oct. 24).
La Salle closes out the regular season at home against Duquesne on Oct. 31.
The Atlantic 10 tournament will run from Nov. 6-15, with the quarterfinals set for Nov. 6-7, the semifinals on Nov. 11, and the championship game on Nov. 15.
