Hampton, VA – La Salle men's and women's swim and dive teams resumed competition in the Atlantic-10 Conference Championships Saturday. On the penultimate day of championships, five more program records were set, and
Felix Jedbratt for the second straight day won another individual event.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- In the women's 100-yard fly, Camilla and Cecilie Frost placed eighth and ninth overall in the finals. Cecilie broke the 100-fly program record in the prelims, before Camilla's time of 54.49 set a new program record later in the day
- Felix Jedbratt won his second event of the competition, winning the 100-yard fly with a time of 44.97, a record time for both the La Salle program and in A-10 Championships history.
- Carter Perkins got third in the 200-yard free, finishing in 1:36.88.
- Gabrysia Herbreder earned second place in the 100-yard breast, completing the event in 1:01.19, a new program record that she broke
- Andrea Savoca flew through the 100-yard breast as well, getting a time of 53.7 to get third overall.
- Both 400-yard medley relay teams set program records too. The men's team of Noah Fredriksson, Savoca, Jedbratt, and Perkins got second overall with a time of 3:09.95.
- Tiffany Brawn got fourth overall in the three-meter diving event with a score of 275.75.
