Pennsauken, NJ - On Sunday, the La Salle University men's rowing team concluded the 2025 IRA National Championship with their best finishes in the V8 and 3V8 rankings in program history.

The V8 placed third in the C Final, defeating Columbia, Boston, and Temple, good enough for a #15 final ranking nationally. The Explorers' previous best mark was set last season with a fifth place finish in the C Final (#17).
The 3V8 boat placed sixth in the C Final, good enough for #18. They also defeated Temple in their Final.
The 2V8 boat finished third in the D Final, good enough for #21 nationally. They defeated Holy Cross and Gonzaga.
The IRA National Championship is the final event on the Explorers' 2024-25 schedule. Aside from individuals competing for their home countries in the summer, the Explorers will next be in action fall 2025.
