PHILADELPHIA - The La Salle men's and women's cross country teams will look to build on a successful campaign in 2024 with their 2025 schedule.  

The Explorers will kick things off with a pair of Philadelphia area meets at the Temple Owl Invite in Ambler, Pennsylvania on Friday, 8/29.  La Salle will follow that up with the Main Line Invite, hosted by Haverford College, in Haverford, Pennsylvania on Friday, 9/19.  

The Explorers will then head north up to Bethlehem, Pennsylvania for the Paul Short Run, hosted by Lehigh University, on Friday, 10/3. Following the Paul Short Run, La Salle will cross the Delaware River for the Princeton Classic on Friday, 10/17, hosted by the Tigers. The squad will close out the regular season with another trip to Haverford for the Haverford Invite on Friday, 10/24.

The A-10 Championships will be held the University of Dayton on Saturday, 11/1, with NCAA Mid-Atlantic-Regionals being conducted at Lehigh two weeks later on Friday, 11/14. The NCAA national title meet will take place on Saturday, 11/22 at the University of Missouri.
