Field Hockey Releases 2025 Schedule

PHILADELPHIA – La Salle Field Hockey Head Coach Michael Warari has announced the team's 2025 schedule, featuring thirteen non-conference games and matchups with all five Atlantic 10 opponents.

The Explorers' home slate this season will be split between three locations: Ellen Ryan Field at Saint Joseph's University, Ellen Vagelos Field at the University of Pennsylvania, and The Proving Grounds in Conshohocken, Pa.

La Salle opens the season with a three-game homestand, taking on Lehigh (August 29), New Haven (September 5), and Saint Francis (September 7) at each of its three home venues.

After a short trip to face Villanova at The Proving Grounds on September 12, the Explorers return to Ellen Vagelos Field for a non-conference clash with Cornell, serving as a tune-up before their Atlantic 10 opener at Davidson on September 19.

The Blue and Gold remain in North Carolina to meet Queens on September 21, then head back to Philadelphia for a conference matchup with Richmond on September 26, followed two days later by a non-league contest against Bryant.

October begins with a visit to Drexel on the 3rd, followed by back-to-back home games against Rider (October 5) and Lock Haven (October 10). From there, La Salle embarks on its longest road swing of the season, traveling to Mercyhurst, Saint Louis, VCU, and LIU.

The Explorers return home on October 31 for a Halloween showdown with A-10 rival Saint Joseph's, which upset #1 North Carolina in last year's NCAA Division I Field Hockey Championship Semifinals before falling to Northwestern in the title game.

La Salle closes out the regular season on November 2 with a home game against William & Mary.
