Easton, PA – Sophomore Julius de Vries' lone goal in the 42nd minute was enough to secure victory for the La Salle men's soccer team, as they took a 1–0 victory over Lafayette Tuesday night.
de Vries' goal came in a dominating performance, with him leading the team with five shots and four shots on goal in the game. Senior Keiji Sugiura followed up his five-point week with three shots and one shot on goal in the match. The Explorers combined for a total of 15 shots with six shots on goal.
Graduate student Maximilian Retzer faced four shots and saved the only shot on goal from Lafayette.
