Maci Bower of the La Salle women's soccer team was named GoExplorers Athlete of the Week, it was announced on Wednesday.

Bower scored the game-winning goal in the 76th minute of La Salle's 1-0 win over Villanova on Sunday in the only game last week for the Explorers. All three of Bower's goals this season have been game-winners, and the junior is now tied with Kristin Haugstad for the team lead in goals.
