Women's Results

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The women's cross country team placed seventh overall at the Lehigh Invitational and had an average time of 24:47.02.

Freshman Cayleigh Solano had the top finish on the female side and placed 30th overall with a time of 24:12.50.  Her average mile time was 6:29.60.  

“Today's meet was all about competing,” said head coach Dan Ireland. “I think we did a good job at that and we posted some pretty good times as well. This is only the beginning for us.”

The Explorers will have over two weeks of rest before returning to action on Saturday, September 17 at the Navy Invitational in Annapolis, Md.
