PRINCETON, N.J. - The La Salle women's cross country team competed at the Princeton Invitational on Saturday afternoon. The Explorers sent seven women to the Wisconsin Adidas Invitational on Friday while the remainder of the roster competed at Princeton on Saturday. La Salle finished 21st in the 25-team event.
Rebecca Scardelletti was the top Explorer performer, running the 6K in 22:53, finishing 56th in the 219-runner field.
Katie Boligitz (23:16, 83rd) and
Carolan DiFiore (23:34, 108th) finished in the top half of the field for the Explorers.
La Salle runs again on October 27 at the Atlantic 10 Championships at the Belmont Plateau in Philadelphia.
