HAVERFORD, Pa. - The La Salle women's track and field team kicked off its 2012-13 season on Saturday afternoon at the Jack Pyrah Invitational. Cayleigh Solano's 5:17.65 one-mile run captured first at the event, highlighting the Explorer finishes on the day.

Taylor Hackett clocked a 10:29.63 in the 3000M, finishing as the runner-up and Kendra Barker notched a 1.50M in the high jump.

The Explorers will compete again on January 18 at the Georgetown Invitational.
