The Match-Up
La Salle owns a 2-1 advantage all-time over Albany. The Explorers and Great Danes met in the Capital Region last season, with Albany taking a high-scoring 81-76 affair.
Brittany Wilson scored a team-high 17 points and
Jordan Mosley scored 16 to lead four players in double figures. Albany's Julie Forster led all scorers with 26 points and pulled down 20 rebounds.
Scouting the Explorers
The Explorers are wrapping up a stretch of four games in eight days prior to an 11-day break for finals. The squad limited Villanova to just 49 points on Sunday in a 49-44 loss. The Explorer defense was strong in holding a Wildcat squad that had been averaging wins of 23.2 points over opponents.
Wilson netted a game-high 23 points at 'Nova, and at one point had scored 21 of the Explorers' first 29 points of the game.
Ebonee Jones added 12 points and nine rebounds in a near double-double.
Wilson continues to lead the team and the Atlantic 10 in scoring with 21.5 points per game, and recording 20+ point performances in all but one game this season. She also leads the team in rebounding (7.8 rpg) and assists (2.4 apg).
Shanel Harrison chips in 8.6 ppg and 6.5 rpg, and Jones adds 7.8 points per outing.
Scouting the Great Danes
The Great Danes are coming off of a 65-48 win over crosstown-rival Siena on Saturday. The squad has won three straight, with the last loss coming at Michigan State before Thanksgiving.
Megan Craig, who currently leads the team in scoring with 12.3 points per game, scored a career-high 27 points against Dartmouth, to kickstart the three-game streak. Two-time defending America East Defensive Player of the Year Ebone Henry leads the Great Danes with 19 steals, while also scoring at a 9.9 clip. Forster chips in with 9.4 points and a team-high 9.0 rebounds per game, while Lindsey Lowrie adds 9.3 points.

The Explorers have an 11-day break for finals, and will resume play on Sunday, Dec. 16 when they host Florida at 1 p.m.
