PHILADELPHIA – Nico Greco has been named Atlantic 10 Men's Cross Country Performer of the Week for October 7, the conference office announced today. Greco paced the Explorers to a sixth place finish (47-team field) at the Paul Short Run on Saturday.

The Terryville, Conn. native placed eighth (395-runner field) at the event, clocking a 24:09 (8K). Greco was the top A-10 finisher in a field that featured St. Joseph's, Duquesne, Massachusetts, Richmond, and VCU.

The conference recognition was the first of Greco's career. His squad returns to the hill and dale on Saturday, October 19 at the Princeton Invitational.
