PRINCETON, N.J. - Meghan McGlinchey broke her own 3000 meter outdoor school record on Sunday afternoon at the ECAC Championships, crossing the finish line in 9:36.39. The senior placed third in the event and earned All-East status. 

McGlinchey's 9:36.39 bested the school record 9:44.22 she ran on April 9, 2011 at the Duke Invitational. She also possess the program's top times in the 5000m indoor (15:46.50) and 5000m outdoor (16:07.32).

The West Deptford, N.J. native will compete in the 10,000 meter run at the NCAA Preliminary Championships in two weeks.
