Explorers Place Two in Top 25 at Main Line Invitational

HAVERFORD, Pa. –
Two Explorer women finished in the top 25, on a wet Thursday evening at the 2014 Main Line Invitational in Haverford.
 
Taylor Hackett, competing in her first competition of the year, was the first Explorer to cross the finish line, with a time of 18:06.1 which was good for 21st place in the field of 61 runners. Coming in close behind her was freshman Michelle Myland, who had her best place finish of the year coming in 24th place thanks to a time of 18:13.8.
 
The next two Explorers to cross were Alex Moraschi and Courtney Cramer who finished 46th and 47th respectively with time of, 19:40.1 and 19:44.1. Rounding out the La Salle participants in the event was senior Alex Guntle who crossed in 59th place with a time of 21:30.7.
 
La Salle returns to action next weekend when on Saturday, October, 4 they travel to Bethlehem, Pa. for the Paul Short Run, which kicks off at 10 a.m.
