PHILADELPHIA – The La Salle women's soccer team continues A-10 play this week with matches at George Washington on Thursday and crosstown rival Saint Joseph's on Sunday.
Scouting the Explorers-La Salle is coming off a 1-0 win over Davidson at McCarthy Stadium on Sunday, with
Deja Davis netting the game-winning goal in the 17th minute. La Salle outshot the Wildcats 14-3 on the afternoon.
-Davis leads the team with 30 shots this season, followed by
Kristin Haugstad (18) and
Jessika Kagan (17).

Katie Getzinger, who recorded her third shutout of the year against Davidson, was named the GoExplorers.com Athlete of the Week on Monday. The redshirt senior had a .45 goals against average and six saves in two games last week.

Fia Jonsson leads the Explores in points (8) this season, tallying three goals and two assists through nine games.

Scouting the Colonials-George Washington enters Thursday's game ranked ninth in the NSCAA's Mid-Atlantic Region and will look to extend their win streak to six games.
