LOUISVILLE, Ky.- La Salle cross country sophomore
Morgan Szekely heads to Louisville for the 2015 NCAA Cross Country Championships. The Championships is being held at E.P. 'Tom' Sawyer State Park and the women's race is slated to get underway at noon on Saturday.

Szekely heads to Louisville coming off an eighth place finish at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships which was good enough to earn All-Region honors as well as an at-large individual spot in the NCAA Championships. The Marion, Texas native qualified for the national championships for the second straight season, becoming just the second Explorer to qualify for multiple championships joining Rachel Papin.

The sophomore is individual Atlantic 10 champion for the second straight season, becoming the first runner in conference history to win the race their freshman and sophomore seasons.

Szekely will be looking to improve upon her 169
th finish at the 2014 NCAA Championships. She will start in box two along with three other individual qualifiers, Blanca Fernandez (Temple), Regan Rome (William & Mary), and Brenda Kigen (Auburn).Â
