PHILADELPHIA – La Salle student-athletes continue to shine in the classroom as evidenced by their performance during the fall 2015 semester.
 
"We are proud of the academic performance of our student-athletes," Director of Athletics Dr. Tom Brennan said. "The data proves that our athletes are among the 'Best and the Brightest.'"
 
Performance indicators for La Salle student-athletes continue to exceed that of the general student body.
 
The overall semester grade point average of student-athletes in the fall of 2015 was 3.21. 
 
Fifteen student-athletes had a perfect 4.0 GPA in the fall. Over 225 student-athletes had a grade point average of 3.25 or higher.
 
Twenty-one of 24 teams had semester and cumulative grade point averages of 3.0 or above.
