NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – La Salle's Francis Ferruzzi was named Atlantic 10 Co-Performer of the Week after his performance at the Princeton Invitational on Saturday, the league announced Tuesday.
 
The senior finished third in a field of 225 runners at the Princeton Invitational, completing the 8k course in 24:22.4 to help the Explorers place 5th of 23 teams.
 
Ferruzzi and the Explorers will now focus on the Atlantic 10 Championship at Pole Green Park in Mechanicsville, Virginia on October 29.
