PHILADELPHIA – The La Salle women's basketball team begins a three-game homestand on Saturday as they host the Fairfield Stags in Tom Gola Arena. Tipoff is set for 1 p.m.

All-Time Series vs Fairfield
La Salle holds a 14-13 advantage in the all-time series. The two teams played annually between 1984 and 1992 before La Salle left the MAAC after the '92 season. The series resumed in 2011, with Fairfield holding a 3-2 advantage since then.
Scouting the Explorers
-La Salle has won their last two games (road victories over Dayton and Penn) and five of their last six beginning with a 63-59 win over American on November 20.
-The Explorers stormed back from seven-point deficits in the final minutes of regulation and again in overtime at Penn on Wednesday, eventually earning a 58-56 win over the Quakers on
Adreana Miller's game-winning three-pointer with .2 seconds left.
-Miller scored a career-high 18 points in the game, going 4-for-8 from three-point range and 4-for-4 from the floor. The sophomore is second in the A-10 in free throw percentage, connecting on 90 percent of foul shots (18-of-20) this season.

Amy Griffin hit two game-tying jumpers in the final minute of regulation to force overtime, and finished with a team-high 22 points. The junior leads the A-10 in scoring with 20.3 points per game.
-La Salle hit five triples against the Quakers, which tied their win over Miami (OH) for most three-point FG's in a game this season.
-After being on the road for their last five road games, the Explorers will be home for seven of their next eight contests.
Scouting the Stags
-Fairfield started the season 3-1 but have lost four of their last five games. The Stags are coming off a 59-45 loss at Albany on Tuesday.
- Fairfield shot 28 percent (14-for-50) in the game at Albany, the lowest field goal percentage since the Stags shot 25.4 percent at Cornell last December.
- Forward Kelsey Carey is the only Stag to have scored in double figures in all nine games this season. The senior paces the Stags in scoring with 15.6 points per game.
- Redshirt junior Samantha Cooper leads the Stags on the glass with 7.8 rebounds per game, and is pulling down 11.7 rebounds per game over her last three outings.
