Philadelphia, PA - After helping lead La Salle to one of the most memorable seasons in program history, Ashleigh Connor and Aryss Macktoon have been recognized by the Philadelphia Big 5. Connor was named to the All-Big 5 First Team, while Macktoon earned All-Big 5 Second Team honors.
Connor turned in an outstanding all-around campaign, averaging 15.5 points, 5.5 rebounds, 3.9 assists, and 2.0 steals per game. Macktoon was equally impressive, averaging 15.0 points, 7.6 rebounds, 2.0 assists, and 3.2 steals per game. Her defensive dominance helped make history, as she became the first player in program history to earn Atlantic 10 Defensive Player of the Year honors.
Together, Connor and Macktoon played pivotal roles in La Salle's resurgence during the 2025-26 season. The duo helped guide the Explorers to their first postseason appearance since 1992 and became the first Explorer duo named to Atlantic 10 All-Conference teams since 2021.
