Philadelphia, PA - Following a four-year career playing for the Explorers, Molly Masciantonio officially joined the La Salle women's basketball staff on Monday as an assistant coach.

Mountain MacGillivray. "Molly was a great leader on the court and that will translate to great leadership on the sideline. Molly brings joy to everything she does. It is a blessing to have her return."
Masciantonio scored 797 points in 110 games in an Explorers uniform. She led the team in minutes and assists for three straight seasons from 2021-24 while also serving as a team captain for the latter two. She also tied the all-time La Salle record for steals in a single game with nine at Saint Francis in 2021 and led the NCAA in assist/turnover ratio in 2022-23 (4.72).
While playing at 20th & Olney, Masciantonio graduated with a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice in 2022 and an MBA in 2024.
