PHILADELPHIA- The La Salle volleyball team will play its final road games this weekend when the team travels south for a meeting with two A-10 competitors. The Explorers will face George Mason on Friday, Oct. 27 at 7:00 PM before a quick turnaround with George Washington on Saturday, Oct. 28.
Scouting the Explorers…
- La Salle is coming off a an upset five set victory over Maryland Eastern Shore that saw three Explorers amass double-digit kills. The team was edged by both Mason and GW in five set heartbreakers at the Gola earlier this season and will look to come out on top this round.

Bryanna Davis' 27 kills, the teams most recent A-10 victory came from a 3-2 win over Rhode Island on Oct. 15. Davis is one of two active Explorers that sit at the top of A-10 rankings in kills. She has amassed 263 to average 2.92 per set to sit at tenth, while
Devin Corah ranks eighth with 2.94 kills per set.

Kathryn Wood remains steady in the third slot for assists per game after accumulating 922 for a 9.41 average per set.

- Mason has a matching 2-7 record in the A-10 with La Salle after falling in straight sets to conference leader VCU last weekend.
- Bailey Williams ranks ninth in the conference with 208 kills. The sophomore averages 2.93 across her 71 set appearances.
- Caite Espinoza sits fifth among A-10 statistics with 4.44 digs per set. The junior has tallied 342, just two spots below La Salle's
Jensen Sharrits, who ranks third.

Scouting the Colonials…
- The Colonials suffered a pair of losses at the hands of Saint Louis and Dayton last weekend and will face Duquesne on Friday, Oct. 27 before welcoming the Explorers.
- The team fell earlier this season in straight sets to Maryland Eastern Shore, who the Explorers topped earlier this week in five sets.
- A pair of Colonials sit in the top ten in two categories for the conference. Jaimeson Lee sits at eighth among all setters with 6.46 assists per set. Sydney Welch averages 3.80 digs per set to rank eighth as well.
