Women's Cross Country | October 31, 2017

NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – La Salle women's cross country freshman Allana Powlette earned a spot on the Atlantic 10 All-Rookie team, which was announced by the league office Tuesday. The All-Rookie team is comprised of the top seven women's finishers at this past weekend's A-10 Cross Country Championship.
 
Powlette clocked 19:10.7 on the 5k course to finish third among freshman and 45^th overall. The Stroudsburg, Pa. native was recognized earlier in the month as A-10 Rookie of the Week after a strong performance at the Princeton Invitational on October 14.
