La Salle Head Men's Soccer Coach Rob Irvine has announced spring dates for the Blue and Gold Soccer Academy One-Day camps. Blue and Gold Soccer Academy One-Day camps provide valuable insight into the expectations and requirements needed to play at the college level. Players will experience the rhythm of a college training session from a technical, tactical, and physical perspective. During the Sports Performance Seminar, participants will learn about various nutrition and recovery strategies employed throughout the season.

"We've been able to add a selection of dates which will fit prospects' club and academic commitments," Irvine stated. "Because our One-Day camps have a limited capacity, we are able to provide a meaningful playing and recruiting experience for all players."

Blue and Gold Soccer Academy One-Day camps are open to all high school players, freshman through senior year.

Saturday March 25^th 9:00 am-4:00 pm- at La Salle University- McCarthy Stadium
Sunday May 7^th 9:00 am-4:00 pm- at La Salle University- McCarthy Stadium
Sunday June 11^th 9:00 am-4:00 pm- at La Salle University- McCarthy Stadium
