DELAND, Fl.- The La Salle lacrosse team will face Stetson University on Monday, March 6 in the two teams' first ever meeting as the team spends the semester break training in DeLand, Fl. Draw is slated for 6:00 OM at the ATC Stadium.

Scouting the La Salle Explorers…

-The Explorers are off to a 1-2 start, hosting all three games at home. La Salle topped Manhattan in a 13-7 contest in the season opener to grab the first win of the 2017 campaign.
- Allee Ilgenfritz tallied five goals in a loss to Temple on Thursday, March 5. The senior leads the team with nine goals on the season and averages a .500 shot percentage.
- Brittany Edwards ranks second on the team with eight goals over the past three games. She has also picked up three groundballs and won five draws.
- Rachel Ceplo has won seven draws on the season, while adding three goals and causing two turnovers.
- Mikki Raymond and Courtney Woolford have each netted four goals. Raymond has caused three turnovers and added three assists in her collegiat debut.
- In goal, freshman Lynne Frankel has tallied 32 saves on the season while starting all three games for the Explorers.

Scouting the Stetson Hatters…
- The team is 0-3 on the season with head coach Christy Leach in her third year at the helm.
- Lindsay Summers and Sam McGuire have each tallied four goals on the season to lead the Hatters. Summers has also added four assists to lead the team and won one draw over the first three games.
- Maddie Holvey has netted three goals so far this season, while winning six draws and picking up three groundballs.
- In goal, Liza Diamond has 19 saves, while averaging a .247 save percentage.

The Explorers will continue the semester break in DeLand, facing Campbell University at Stetson's ATC Stadium on Friday, March 10 at 12:00 PM.
