La Salle Baseball Fall World Series Set for this Weekend

PHILADELPHIA – The La Salle University baseball team will hold its Fall World Series this weekend, a three-game intersquad series between Team Gold and Team Blue. In addition to the intersquad contests, the team will welcome back previous Explorers for an Alumni Game on Saturday as well.

The series will begin with game one taking place on Friday at 3 p.m. Following the Alumni Game in the morning, the second game of the series will occur at 12 p.m. on Saturday. Game three is scheduled to go down on Sunday at 11 a.m.

Team Gold will be coached by La Salle Assistant Coach Andrew Amaro, while Team Blue will be managed by La Salle Assistant Coach Rob Varvaro. The rosters are as follows:
