Women's Cross Country | September 14, 2018
BRONX, N.Y. – The La Salle University women's cross country team turned in a seventh place showing out of nine teams at the Iona Meet of Champions on Friday. Junior
Grace Mancini led the way in 26th place over the 5k course.
"Today was not an indication of what we are capable of as a team this year," explained head coach
Tom Peterson. "There were some positive takeaways, but as a whole we need to get better moving forward. Like the men, the women's team has one more piece to plug in at Paul Short that will make us better as a group. They will work hard the next two weeks and try to take another step forward at Paul Short."
