Women's Cross Country | October 5, 2019

• Senior Grace Mancini placed 23rd out of 377 runners to pace La Salle in the elite Gold 6K race. She crossed the finish line in 20:30.3.
• Sophomore sisters El Mancini and Liz Mancini also finished strong for La Salle. El wasn't far behind older sister Grace, finishing 32nd with a time of 20:37.7. Liz placed 51st with a mark of 20:54.0.
• Junior Lexi Sciortino was the fourth Explorer to wind up in the top 100, placing 92nd with a time of 21:12.1 over the 6K course. Freshman Amy Conboy ran in 21:57.6, Christine Mancini finished in 22:03.9 and Jerika Lufrano crossed in 22:04.7.
• La Salle finished 12th in the team standings among 43 squads with 366 points.
• The Explorers also ran in the Open 6K race, with junior Deirdre Gilmore leading the way in 29th out of 421 finishers at 22:04.6.
• Also running the Open 6K, junior Allana Powlette finished 45th in 22:26.6 and freshmen Maeve Gimbert and Sammie Miller also finished in the top 100.

• La Salle will race once more before the Atlantic 10 Championships, taking part in the Princeton Invitational on Saturday, Oct. 19.
