PHILADELPHIA - Senior Pat McCarthy and freshman Carlos Mora both collected weekly awards from the Philadelphia Soccer Six on Monday following their performance in Saturday's win over St. Bonaventure.

McCarthy was named Player of the Week, while Mora earned Rookie of the Week honors. It's the second Soccer Six Player of the Week selection this season for McCarthy and fourth of his career, and he also earned Atlantic 10 Player of the Week honors earlier this season. For Mora, it is his second Soccer Six accolade of the season after taking Defensive Player of the Week back on Sept. 30, and he has been tabbed A-10 Rookie of the Week twice as well. La Salle has taken eight Soccer Six weekly awards and five A-10 weekly honors this season.

McCarthy scored his fifth goal of the year and assisted on the game-winner in La Salle's 2-0 shutout win at St. Bonaventure on Saturday. After picking up an assist on the game's first goal in the 12th minute, he sealed the win with a penalty kick goal in the 78th minute to help the Explorers earn a postseason berth in the Atlantic 10 Championship.

Mora registered his third shutout of the season in in the road victory over the Bonnies, helping the Explorers clinch their first A-10 Championship berth since 2016. He needed to make only one save while locking up his second straight clean sheet as a starter, improving his record to 4-1-1 on the year and lowering his goals against average to just 0.89.

La Salle, the No. 6 seed, will travel to third-seeded Dayton for the Atlantic 10 Conference Quarterfinals, which will take place on Sunday at 1 p.m.
