Luke Jaciw-Zurakowsky was named to the Atlantic 10 Men's Cross Country Academic All-Conference Team on Thursday. Additionally, women's cross country freshman

Jaciw-Zurakowsky led the men's cross country team to an Atlantic 10 title by finishing third individually at the league championships, earning all-conference accolades along the way. He was also the team's top finisher at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional, coming in 27th out of 191 runners. Jaciw-Zurakowsky, who was named Academic All-Conference for indoor track last year, owns a 3.82 GPA as an accounting major.
Lufrano earned a spot on the Atlantic 10 All-Conference Team and took the Most Outstanding Rookie Performer award, and she now adds A-10 All-Rookie honors to her collection. She finished in ninth place among 131 runners at the A-10 Championships to help the Explorers win the women's title. Lufrano then concluded the year by placing 63rd out of 210 at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional as La Salle finished eighth in the region.
Sandras was also named Atlantic 10 Most Outstanding Rookie Performer on the men's side and earns a spot on the All-Rookie team as well. He helped the men's team win the A-10 Championship behind a 20th place showing individually. Sandras was honored as A-10 Rookie of the Week on Oct. 22 for his performance at the Princeton Invitational, and he capped the season by finishing 89th out of 191 runners at regionals as the Explorers finished ninth.
