NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – After much anticipation, the 2019-20 Atlantic 10 women's basketball schedule has been released, the conference office announced Thursday. The 16-game league slate will feature eight home and eight away games for the Explorers, including a nationally televised home game against St. Bonaventure on Sunday, January 19. The game will air on NBC Sports Network at 3 p.m.
 
Conference play opens on Saturday, January 4 with Dayton coming to Philadelphia. Following the Flyers trip east, Saint Louis will come to Tom Gola Arena for a Wednesday game. La Salle is on the road for three of its next four games. After a trip to Duquesne and UMass, the Explorers host St. Bonaventure and then head south to Richmond. January ends with both Saint Joseph's and George Mason making an appearance at Tom Gola Arena.
 
February starts at Fordham on the first of the month and then the Blue & Gold host Richmond eight days later. A couple road games follow at George Washington and Saint Joseph's before VCU comes to the City of Brotherly Love. La Salle will then travel to Rhode Island on February 22 before hosting Davidson on February 26. The regular season wraps up at George Mason on February 29.
 
The Atlantic 10 Championship Tournament begins with campus site games on Tuesday, March 3 before the Quarterfinals at UD Arena in Dayton on Friday, March 6. Semifinals are scheduled for Saturday, March 7 and the Championship game on Sunday, March 8.
