Baltimore, Md. – Three days after La Salle's last game they are traveling down to Maryland to take on the Retrievers of UMBC tomorrow at 4:00 p.m.
 
Scouting the Explorers –

• La Salle is most recently coming off a 12-9 loss to A-10 Conference member, George Washington.
• Claudia Steinmetz netted three goals against GW making it the first hat trick of the season for any Explorer. Steinmetz now is the team leader in goals (8).
• Maddie Henderson added two goals against George Washington bringing her season total to seven goals.
• Freshman, Grace Lord, is one to keep an eye on during La Salle's draw controls. She has maintained 16 total thus far in the season.
• Goalie, Julia Dellaratta has started all six games for the Explorers and comes into tomorrow with a .409 save percentage.

 
Scouting the Retrievers –

• UMBC enters the contest with a 5-2 record and their most recent win coming in OT to Temple University this past Saturday.
• Kolby Weedon scored four goals for UMBC against Temple putting her season total at 12.
• Senior attack, Claire Bockstie, has scored 23 goals in her seven games played in 2023 to lead the team.
• Midfielder, Megan Halczuk, has 60 draw controls for UMBC, the team-leader in that category by a large margin.
• Isabella Fontana has started all seven games between the pipes and enters with a .496 save percentage.
